In this study, the researcher conducted three tests, the first is pre-test, then post-test in the first cycle, and the last is post-test in the second cycle.
Based on the bar chart above on the accuracy aspect, it shows that from the pre-test to the post-test in the second cycle, students experienced an increase in the accuracy of pronunciation or word pronunciation. Where the average value of students shows progress starting, 65 in the pre-test, then 72 in the post-test of the first cycle and, in the second cycle, has the highest average number of scores than the previous cycle, which is 74.
In contrast to the fluency aspect, the average score obtained by students in the pretest was the smallest among the other two aspects, namely with an average number of 60, but in cycles one and two there was a significant increase, namely in the first cycle students got a higher score than the first cycle. in the pre-test on the fluency aspect, that is 64, and the average value in the second cycle is 71. In the aspect of comprehensibility, the bar chart shows an average value of 67 in the first test, then the number increases to 70 in the post-test in the first cycle, and the average score of 75 in the post-test in the second cycle is obtained as the highest score of all the tests carried out. This shows that the guided dialogue method in this study succeeded in improving students' speaking skills.
